Hi, there getting error 0x80072ee2 and the store is not working even on internet connection. Do not worry just follow following steps below:
Step 1: Run Windows Update troubleshooter.
Follow these steps to run Windows Update troubleshooter.
a. Press Windows key + W and type troubleshooting.
b. Select Troubleshooting.
c. Select View all on the top left corner.
d. Run Windows update troubleshooter.
Step 2: Make sure that the date and time are correct on the computer, along with your country time zone.
a. Check the setting for Date/Time by choosing the Desktop tile and then left click on the date/time in the corner.
b. Click on change date and time settings. And then verify the time zone is correct as well as the internet time tab has the option to Synchronize with Internet time server.
Step 3: Restart the Background Intelligent Transfer Service (BITS)
a. Right click on bottom left corner of Desktop, Click on Control Panel. In the search box, type administrative tools, and then click Administrative Tools.
b. Double-click Services.
c. Right-click the Background Intelligent Transfer Service (BITS) service, and then click Properties.
d. On the General tab, next to Startup type, make sure that Automatic (Delayed Start) is selected. If it isn’t, select it, and then click Apply.
e. Next to Service status, check to see if the service is started. If it isn’t, click Start.
